Waitlist

​​​​​

• You will be put on the waitlist after confirmation of the price and details of the order.

• Invoice will be sent after I put you on the waitlist.

• You have 48h to pay the invoice or your slot will be cancelled.

• I will be able to start working on your commission only after you have payed the invoice.

Payment

​​​​

• Payment via Paypal in Euro only.

• I do not charge full payment upfront anymore: partial payment in two parts (50 % before i start and 50 % after confirmation of the sketch)

Completion time

​

• Please set a specific deadline, even if you don't need the commission for a specific time. I'm a loser who can't abide to my own deadlines unless the commissionner sets it themselves. (Otherwise i'll keep procrastinating very hard ; w ; )

• Rushed commission fee (+1 x base price) : deadline under 1 week.

Changes policies

​

• You may request 2 major changes during the rough sketch process and 2 more after i send the cleaned sketch.

• During lineart/render: 3 minor changes (ex: adding/removing some details, slight expression changes/color).

• Further changes will cost 5~20 euro each depending on the scale of the change. (ex: pose, whole expression change, hairstyle, clothes)

• For free, I will fix any error I have made that you notice after the commission has been completed. Any fixes will be charged an additional fee if the error comes from the lack of clarity in your reference pictures, or a detail you forgot to precise when filling the form.

Refunds

• You can request a refund if I am unable to finish the commission, take too long to send the first sketch or to communicate. ​

Personal usage​

​

• Please credit me in your bio/post :'-)

• The commissionner can use the artwork for personal usages (profile pictures, uploading on SNS, printing for yourself...).

• The commissions are not to be printed, resold, or monetized in any way unless you purchase the commercial rights.

• You can't add modifications to the illustration itself.

Commercial usage

​

​Four levels of commercial use :

• 1- video, livestream with monetization :

​+0.25 x base price (when the artwork is isued in monetized content : start/end screen, alerts, png avatar...)

• 2- promotional material :

+1.25 x base price (when the artwork isn't the main product : advertissment, pamphlet, product package...)

• 3- merch :

​+2 x base price (when the artwork is the main product: prints, keychain/standee, apparel...)

• 4- full commercial usages included :

​+3 x base price

​

→ exemple : full body (base price 200€)+ add ons (complex design: 20€, separated layers: 10€) + lv 1 commercial use for starting screen (0.25 x base price: 50€) = 280€​​​

Aritst rights

​

• I may decline an order if the client is rude or if I lack the skills range to complete your order. (please refer to my list of do's/don't and my gallery to decide if I'm fit for your order)

• I have the right to post wips and the finished artwork on my website and social medias.

• I may work on your commission on stream.

• You can request to not show the commission before a certain date if you want to keep it a surprise.
